# RustDesk Service does not start automatically
> User: When I start either the RustDesk Custom Client or the normal Client, I have to manually start the RustDesk Service every time. `"C:\Program Files\RustDesk-Persch\rustdesk-persch.exe" --install-service`. Is there a better workaround available?
