# Key mismatch
This occurs when the `ID/Relay Server` key under 'Settings' -> 'Network' in the RustDesk client does not match the public key found in the 'Other' -> 'Key' section of the RustDesk Pro web console (or you can check the `ed_id25519.pub` file on server side).
