All devices (including devices receiving connections only, e.g. quick support client) will be counted no matter it is accessed once or everyday, the server itself does know how often it will be accessed. The second one is here, https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/wiki/FAQ#what-about-casual-support-cases-for-pro, we call it `custom2`, it does not limit devices strictly, but limit [number of concurrent connections](https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/wiki/FAQ#concurrent-connections), which is mainly designed for casual / quick support use case. In this licensing model, only devices that are assigned to users or device groups count toward your managed device quota. The licensed device limit also restricts the maximum number of devices that can be added to a single address book.
