fix(linux): Set AppIndicator ID for tray-icon (#15981)

* set static AppIndicator ID in tray-icon init

allows DEs, eg. KDE to 'remember' the user's configuration of tray hidden/unhidden. see: https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/discussions/15208
