fix andriod update button cannot be clicked (#10394)

Browse Source 
1. Remove `canLaunchUrl`, which fix the issue
2. Remove `unregisterEventHandler` of `kCheckSoftwareUpdateFinish` when
   connection page dispose, it's registered on main.
