Isaac Grynsztein	cec0ed78ec	Fixed bug that prevented user registration from occuring, and added new "Login" option to the hamburger menu when appropriate ... Related: made it so non-logged in users (in multi user mode) don't have the option to go "home" or "subscriptions" or "downloads".
